Heating · Boiler and pipework
A plant cupboard, from bare walls to a finished system
A narrow cupboard with an Ideal boiler on the wall and nothing else. The work was everything around it: running the heating pipework, fitting the expansion vessel and system filter, and putting in the valves so the whole system works as one.
What you can see
- An Ideal boiler on the wall, with an expansion vessel beside it
- Copper pipework in straight, square runs, clipped at regular spacing
- A filter on the pipework to catch sludge before it reaches the boiler
- Motorised valves for separate heating circuits
Look at the pipe runs. They sit parallel with square bends, and every one is clipped. That is what makes a system easy to service years later.
